MEND Bodywork (60min) - $130

An oil-based massage, using deep, slow strokes while leveraging the power of conscious and intentional breathing. With a focus on releasing tension in the myofascia and de-armouring the nervous system.

The myofascia is the connective tissue holding our bodies together like a web, enclosing every bodily structure. In time and without the proper care, the myofascia can gradually lose its natural suppleness and elasticity. This can lead to pain and limited range of motion. So it is of the utmost importance to keep the fascia hydrated and flexible, with plenty of water, exercise and massage.

This treatment prioritises the areas that need the most care.

Deep Reset Bodywork (90min) - $180

This is a deeper and more complete full-body treatment, while spending time on areas that require some extra attention.

A balance of deep relaxation and re-energisation. You can expect to leave feeling like a completely new human.

Leveraging on the power of conscious and intentional breath, as well as tissue manipulation, we will be working towards the unfurling of the nervous system, opening up space for emotional release where needed, and a deep sense of calm and ease in the body.
